This year’s campaign theme for International Women’s Day is Inspire Inclusion. We asked women at Anzu: what does inclusion mean to you, how can the gaming and advertising spaces do more to inspire inclusion, and how do you promote inclusion in your daily lives?

When we inspire inclusion, we help create positive and equitable environments within workplaces, organizations, communities, and for individuals. A truly inclusive environment is a place that fosters diversity in leadership and decision-making positions, and where the unique perspectives and contributions of women can be heard, valued, and respected.

At Anzu, we work to inspire inclusion every day — ensuring we actively champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, focus on hiring from diverse candidate pools, and regularly celebrate the successes of the many talented women that make up our global team.

We are also incredibly proud of our diverse executive leadership team, which spans three continents and is made up of equal parts women and men.
