You will be the primary point of escalation, knowledge source, and authority on all matters related to integrations with partners and vendors.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead Product Direction
    ○ Pave the way for the development of an interstitial, rewarded, and banner ad SDK. 
    ○ Define and evolve the long-term vision for our ad server, real-time decisioning components, and SDK capabilities. 
    ○ Identify opportunities in the programmatic ecosystem and guide our roadmap to stay ahead of market needs. 
    ○ Set measurable outcomes, validate assumptions with data, and ensure product decisions drive meaningful business impact.
  • Shape Technical Execution
    ○ Work side by side with engineers to design and refine system behaviors, such as targeting workflows, RTB flows, pacing logic, and performance constraints. 
    ○ Collaborate on architectural improvements across low-latency pipelines, distributed services, high-QPS environments, and dynamic bidding.
    ○ Guide the development of new DSP/SSP-facing capabilities, from bidding heuristics to auction participation enhancements.
  • Hands-On Analysis & Problem Solving
    ○ Own performance diagnostics across the platform, interpreting signals like fill trends, win behavior, partner anomalies, latency spikes, and revenue patterns. 
    ○ Roll up your sleeves to investigate issues directly, review logs, analyze raw bidstream data, debug delivery paths, or dig into SQL queries. 
    ○ Recommend optimizations that improve efficiency, quality, or revenue lift.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Partner Interaction
    ○ Translate customer needs, sales team requirements, and internal stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product requirements. 
    ○ Ensure process clarity and alignment across teams, improving 
    predictability and execution quality. 
    ○ Support commercial teams in resolving delivery, prioritization, or integration challenges with global partners.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Experience & Knowledge
    ○ 3+ years of Product Management experience in AdTech or a 
    performance-oriented SaaS/product environment. 
    ○ A strong grasp of the building blocks of ad tech systems, ad servers, exchange workflows, programmatic auctions, bidding mechanics, and partner integrations. 
    ○ Comfortable navigating discussions around system constraints such as latency, throughput, data flow design, API behavior, and comfortable with basic scripting.
  • Technical & Analytical Strength
    ○ Able to translate engineering concepts into product requirements and understand trade-offs in backend systems. 
    ○ Confident in working with data: interpreting performance metrics, understanding funnels, and using quantitative insights to prioritize. 
    ○ Hands-on mindset when troubleshooting or exploring how a workflow behaves under real conditions.
  • Execution & Ownership Mindset
    ○ Highly structured, organized, and capable of driving initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction.
    ○ Thrives in lean, fast-moving environments where priorities shift and clarity must be created, not waited for. 
    ○ Can balance strategic thinking with decisive, detail-oriented execution.
  • Communication & Collaboration
    ○ Clear and persuasive communicator, able to align diverse groups around a plan or decision. 
    ○ Comfortable engaging with engineers, commercial teams, and executives alike, adapting style to each audience.
  • Experience in in-app buy and sell activities, Prebid, server-side bidding, or cookie sync - Big plus.
  • Experience with bidder optimization or ML-driven ranking, or predictive modeling - Big plus.
