We’re looking for a Sales Planner to join our US Sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part across the full sales lifecycle - from pre-sales and RFP support, through media planning and solution design, to post-win campaign planning and handover.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, Campaign Management, and Marketing, with the ultimate goal of driving revenue and ensuring campaigns are set up for success from day one.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Pre-sales & RFP Support- Support the Sales team by identifying agency and brand-direct contacts, leading the research, planning, and solution development.

Build strategic media plans for client RFPs and proactive sales pitches aligned with Anzu’s in-game inventory and capabilities.
- Create proposals and client-ready decks in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Support deal progression through basic CRM updates, meeting coordination, and account research as needed.
Media planning & Solution design
- Develop media plans that define channel mix, high-level delivery logic, and consideration of measurement.
- Balance client goals, commercial priorities, and execution realities.
- Help grow revenue by strengthening relationships and expanding opportunities across agency and brand-direct accounts.
- Act as an in-game ambassador, raising awareness of the Anzu proposition and what makes us unique in the marketplace.
Post-win campaign planning & transition
- Support planning after a deal closes, especially for complex or bespoke activations.
- Lead post-win planning around MLIs (Media Line Items) and ensure accurate structure and clear documentation in CRM.
Cross-functional collaboration & process improvement
- Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Campaign Management to keep teams aligned.
- Create reports and conduct research on sales prospects, companies, and market opportunities.
- Support event planning and coordination as needed.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Planning, Media Planning, or a similar commercial role within digital advertising (agency, media, or publisher experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of media planning concepts, campaign structuring, and measurement frameworks.
- Experience supporting or responding to RFPs.
- Ability to translate complex briefs into clear, actionable, and scalable plans.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly around planning documentation and MLIs.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Creative, solutions-driven, and eager to be in the middle of the action.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
