We are searching for a dynamic Business Operations Manager to join our Operations team. The role requires someone driven to continuously improve workflows and business infrastructure through SaaS ownership, automation, data analytics, scripting, and AI-powered tools. This role sits at the intersection of sales, ad operations, data, and automation, ensuring our internal teams can operate efficiently. 

You will own and evolve the company’s business applications stack, including HubSpot CRM, Zapier automations, AI agents, and BigQuery data infrastructure, building workflows that automate processes, connect systems, and generate actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • HubSpot Management: Owning the day-to-day operations of the platform, continuously improving the usage of the platform through projects and innovation, data hygiene monitoring & best practices, and staying up-to-date on HubSpot capabilities
  • Automation & AI Enablement: Design and implement automations across internal tools using scripting, APIs, and AI tools. Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and introduce AI-assisted processes that improve productivity across teams
  • SaaS Ownership: Keeping up to date on product capabilities, exploring new platforms, and refining our SaaS map, furthering integrations with existing/ new tools, training, audits, onboarding, & best practices
  • AI-Powered Operational Tools: Explore and implement AI-based solutions that assist with deal validation and data completeness, business and tech teams  
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects involving Operations, BI, IT, and Product teams. Translate business needs into technical solutions using the right combination of tools, automations, and integrations
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, structured documentation for processes, automations, integrations, and operational playbooks in the internal wiki
  • Reporting: Creating reports & dashboards to generate and present insights into cross-company best practices, working with and making recommendations for business teams on their reporting needs

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot administration and automation, data structures, integrations, and APIs
  • Experience building automation workflows, scripts, or integrations (e.g., APIs, Zapier, Make, or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms for productivity and workflow optimization
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira
  • Experience working with raw data & data visualization platforms (SQL or data modeling experience is an advantage)
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics & insights
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Advanced level of English
  • Experience with start-up/scale-up environments
  • Keen sense of innovation & desire to keep improving
