We are looking for a performance-driven Business Development Manager who lives and breathes ad monetization, ad-tech, and navigates the publishers and studios ecosystem.

We’re looking for a deal-closer that will sign new, mostly mobile, game publishers to monetize and market their games with Anzu. 

Working with our SDR, marketing, operations and business teams, you are expected to negotiate and sign publishers at scale, building on top of Anzu’s trusted brand and performance in the market. 
You are expected to understand the adtech market, game publishers' processes, best practices for scaled GTM, and be able to prioritize your targets and accounts.
 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Proactively identify, approach, and sign new games and game publishers
  • Build and own a strong pipeline of opportunities or activate marketing efforts toward them
  • Evaluate quality and monetization potential of games and prioritize efforts
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to execute deals
  • Represent Anzu at conferences, trade shows, and partner meetings
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with tier 1 publishers

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

We are specifically looking for someone who understands the business behind supply management and business development with game publishers.

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic Supply management, preferably with game publishers
  • Proven experience working with business models and relevant agreements
  • Strong experience working with EU based publishers, trusted network and a deep understanding of the landscape
  • Fluent English speaker. Additional languages are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of game publishers ad-mon models, AdTech space, lead generation, business planning, and arbitrage strategies
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and evaluate quality and business flows
