We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Ad Operations Manager with analytical expertise to support business teams and build insights based on tracking and reporting.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage and monitor programmatic performance regularly, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our customers
- Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for the internal teams with goals, performance, and insights
- Contribute to developing new strategies to improve our performance across the board
- Support and assist the Account Management and Partnerships teams
- Work closely and collaborate with the product team on feature requests, product enhancements, and data analytics reports
- Onboard new supply and demand partners utilizing Prebid and oRTB protocols
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
- 3+ years of experience in ad operations role from a global ad-tech company
- Proven experience with operating within SSPs\exchanges and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
- Hands-on management of large-scale budgets
- Analytical skills, with high proficiency in MS Excel (Must!) and Google applications
- Experience in onboarding new supply and demand partners, including integration, discrepancies, and resolving issues yourself
- Excellent written and verbal English for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to quickly master multiple dashboards and tools
- Excellent self-learning capabilities, strong quantitative and analytical skills
