WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Oversee all finance, accounting, and tax functions across the company and its subsidiaries
  • Oversee sales taxes
  • Perform forecasting and budget services
  • Work closely with the CFO on fundraising initiatives
  • Support outside auditors, tax preparers, and valuation teams
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize business processes to achieve company KPIs
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and filing of the Company’s financial reports 
  • Develop and improve company work processes, policies, and compliance to support company objectives and growth
  • Enhance and implement financial and accounting system processes, tools, and controls
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and system improvements to enhance the workflow
  • Be responsible for the implementation of the company’s TP studies

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • A degree in Accounting and CPA license is required 
  • 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least some experience at one of the Big 4 accounting firms
  • Substantial experience with financial planning and analysis
  • Prior experience working as a Director of Finance in a startup
  • Prior experience in managing financials for subsidiaries in the States and the EU
  • A hands-on approach, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and constantly improve the finance cycle
  • An ability to deliver top-quality work with an outstanding attention to detail within tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational, team management and task prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
