WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PASSIONATE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST  TO JOIN OUR GROWING HR TEAM. AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A REAL IMPACT ON OUR GROWTH AND SUCCESS. THE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE RECRUITING CYCLE FOR VARIOUS INTERNATIONAL ROLES, INCLUDING SALES, MARKETING, AND R&D.


 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while creating an excellent experience for each candidate
  • Own the hiring process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, phone calls, and in-person interviews
  • Full ownership of the onboarding process, making sure the new employee joins us as smoothly as possible
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and needs

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Passion for recruiting – a must!
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience in sourcing, including building new and creative sourcing strategies
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and social media platforms
  • Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment
  • Creative, friendly, and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive with a can-do approach
  • Experience with tech recruitment – a plus
  • High level of English, written and verbal – a must
  • Native English – a big plus
