WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Work closely with the VP People Operations to define an HR strategy that supports Anzu’s business initiatives
  • Act as a key point of contact for our employees, building strong relationships at all levels
  • Work with the HR team to establish and enhance the business culture
  • Implement various projects to improve our HR infrastructures – from workflows and training to welfare plans and more
  • Establish an annual wellbeing plan, which supports and communicates the employee experience, and implement further actions at strategic and operational levels
  • Create fresh, creative and engaging communications to drive Anzu’s business culture, employer brand awareness, and employee engagement

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Minimum of 5 years experience within human resource management in the tech industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • A love for people and the capability to build excellent relationships within teams
  • Creative, curious, and marketing-oriented
  • Business-savvy attitude, with solid skills in data analysis
  • Knowledge in different HR disciplines, including compensation practices, employee and managers training programs, performance management, and US/Israel labor laws
  • Knowledge and desire to keep up with recent changes and trends in employment practice
  • Proven ability to perform highly in a rapidly growing team within a fast-changing environment
  • A high level of written and verbal English is essential
