WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Unify the existing creative assets and shape the visual tone and voice of the company
  • Build and introduce company-wide visual and creative guidelines 
  • Define the short and long-term creative strategy along with marketing and business goals
  • Manage the design team and work closely with the content team and marketing leads
  • Audit the existing in-game ad creative company and industry state 
  • Set up company creative benchmarks, based on the audit, and introduce an internal compliance process
  • Work with advertising partners to build in-game ad creatives tailored to gaming environments for upcoming campaigns, based on their brand guidelines 
  • Develop a strong creative infrastructure and introduce new tools to enhance performance

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • 4+ years experience as an Art / Creative Director
  • Work experience in an advertising or a creative agency
  • Understanding of the brand advertising ecosystem and creative agencies
  • Experience with building the visual identity of a company 
  • Proven experience with concept development and an ability to visualize concepts 
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience with UI, UX, and video production
  • A strong, diverse portfolio of work is required
