WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Manage the post-sale client services cycle
  • Offer exceptional client service and strategic recommendations to retain business and upsell additional Anzu services
  • Build and maintain personal relationships with your contacts and important figures in the ad tech industry 
  • Serve as a consultant on the in-game and ad monetization practice 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define and implement the full growth plan for each partner
  • Own an overall portfolio of partners from A – Z 
  • Serve as a contributor to the product team 
  • Serve as an early adopter of all new features, and provide feedback to product
  • Work alongside Anzu’s Ad Operations team to ensure campaigns are successful
  • Responsibility for providing all campaign communications to the clients, including campaign reporting

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales planning, or media strategy at a digital media publisher, advertising technology company, or media agency
  • Exceptional client services skills, comfortable interacting with and presenting to clients of all seniority levels
  • Highly independent and motivated with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player who is more than willing to take on roles outside of the official job description
  • Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Media agency experience is a plus
